Drafted by the Bertelsmann Stiftung, it was presented to an online community of 200 international Better Regulation experts for 4 weeks in October 2009 and revised twice during the process. The Bertelsmann Stiftung acknowledges many valuable contributions which have helped to dramatically improve this policy paper on the EU Better Regulation agenda.

Indicators of Regulatory Management Systems
